FHA / HUD Engineer Foundation Certification Inspection

When you are financing or refinancing an existing manufacture home or trailer, you are now required to with an FHA / HUD / VA loan to have a FHA / HUD Engineer Foundation Certification Inspection. Our company provides that inspection services for you in the Midlands area of Columbia, Orangeburg, Saluda, Camden, Sumter, Aiken, Newberry and Lexington, SC. Our inspectors will inspect the manufacture foundation, decking and structure to see what you need to be certified with a clear letter signed off by an Engineer.

Foundation Certification letters by a SC licensed engineer will averagely cost about $500-$600 depending on distance from Columbia, SC.
